With the support of 10 years of experience, we ensure that each production process maintains the essence of 100% pasteurized goat milk intact, without using any additives that could alter its natural flavor.
We take pride in carefully selecting milk directly from local farms, establishing a relationship of trust and closeness that guarantees maximum freshness and quality. Our team, composed of dedicated and expert individuals, oversees every stage of production: from the collection and initial treatment of the milk to the delicate aging processes that shape our cheeses.
The artisanal technique we apply, inherited from the Canary Islands cheese tradition, combines with modern quality control methods to preserve the authenticity and purity that characterize Quesería Medianito.
